There are NO exceptions to these policies including work, kids or illness.

This is a kid free zone.

If you cancel or move your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time, your card will be charged 50% of the service cost or invoice is sent, you will need to pay this before a new appointment can be booked.

If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment without letting us know, your card will be charged 100% of the service cost or invoice is emailed, and this must be paid before another appointment can be booked.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show and will be charged 100% of the service cost.

This is my business, not just a hobby, I respect your time and I ask you respect mine and my business in return.
